Selection Process
INTAKE
We receive hundreds of applications from directors, crew, creatives, and talent. Each one is logged, categorized, and indexed using our internal tagging system. This builds a dynamic and growing pool of professionals who specialize in music videos and visual content. Application data is stored and searchable, allowing us to quickly staff any production from lean shoots to large-scale executions.
FILTERING
Our team evaluates applicants using internal rubrics, past work, and professional references. Beyond reels and resumes, we assess each candidate’s ability to take on productions. We speak directly with applicants to understand their process and approach. This layered review helps us build a network of professionals who are skilled, reliable, and committed to excellence.
SHORTLISTING
Candidates are shortlisted based on style, experience, and availability. For each role, we curate a tailored applicant pool to ensure the best possible match for the creative and technical scope of the project. Artists and labels are given visibility into the selection process and can share feedback on the applicants they connect with. The final decision is collaborative, guided by our production expertise and your creative vision.
FINAL PAIRING
We match artists and labels with directors and crew who align creatively, logistically, and personally. Each pairing is the result of hands-on evaluation and a clear understanding of the project’s goals. Our contracting process ensures that talent and every crew member is fully prepared to deliver on the day of the shoot.
